Annual PlansWe understand that all our customers are different and have individual requirements and therefore, tailor our annual maintenance plans to meet the specific needs of your company.
Each maintenance plan has a structured service agreement level based on the quantity of equipment and ultimately the level of support you require. Our flexible approach is extended to the fixed monthly fee, for which we aim to provide the most cost effective solution to meet your needs. Once the plan has been agreed it will provide you with the clearly detailed provisions of the support you will receive allowing you to be happy and confident in the ongoing efficient service you will receive from us.

One Off RepairsWe have two dedicated service centres situated in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire and Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Both state-of-the-art centres are fully equipped and the team of professionally trained engineers possess a vast amount of experience and knowledge for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of products.
Our commitment to service is strengthened by our compliance with the ISO9001:2000 accreditation, through which we have efficient procedures in place to ensure that your equipment is repaired and returned to you promptly.

On Site ServicingWe pride ourselves on our customer relationships and our ability to effectively respond to their needs. We understand that various constraints may prevent our customers from being able to deliver equipment to our service centres for repair yet we also recognise the importance of getting the repair done as quickly as possible. For this reason we offer on-site servicing, offering our customers fully qualified engineers in the convenience of their own premises.
